Papagayo Hotel Boutique Playa del Carmen

We had a small issue with the hot water during our stay, but the staff at Papagayo Hotel Boutique was quick to resolve it. They were very attentive and apologetic, making sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was clean and spacious, and the hotel's rooftop terrace provided a peaceful place to relax. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and comfortable accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay in the center of this vibrant city. The hotel is located right in the touristic area, just two blocks from the main street with its array of restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently close to the ADO bus station. Despite being in the hectic area, we found peace and tranquility in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were always attentive and smiling. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a small rooftop terrace offering a nice view of the surroundings. Additionally, the location was unbeatable, allowing us to easily explore the center of this amazing city.

Great staff who were friendly and helpful. Convenient location, just a short walk from the main street and the beach. Plus, there was a nearby parking lot for added convenience.

There were some issues with the hot water and the shower drain was clogged, which made for an unpleasant experience. there was noise from the nearby bar that made it difficult to sleep.

Located in the bustling heart of Playa del Carmen, the hotel offers a convenient location, right by the reception area. Despite the hectic surrounding area, there was a sense of peace to be found here. The friendly staff at the general reception area provided helpful information and allowed us to check out later.

The rooms on the north side of the building had poor lighting, making the interiors seem dark and gloomy.
